\\AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE

Guests arriving in Montego Bay should strictly use Tropical Tours Bus.....the Tropical Tours Bus desk is located in the arrivals building.   Let them know you are going to OCHO RIOS and the Villa is located in Mamme Bay Estates next to Riu in OCHO RIOS through the security gates...insist that the driver drop you off at the Villa.

 

Guests arriving from Kingston need to contact Sophia Walsh-Newman directly.

 

All reservations for departure must be made in at least two days advance unless previously coordinated with Sophia Walsh-Newman.

\\REGISTRATION OF PARTICPANTS

All participants must be registered to participate in any of the activities being offered and must check in daily at the registration desk for security reasons.  Anyone found to be unwilling to follow instructions to check-in may be restricted from participating in any further activities without recourse for a refund.

\\CHILDREN

Children are welcome to all activities of the festival, but must be monitored closely by a parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times.  Children will not be allowed to run around the facility unless monitored closely and will not be allowed in or near the pool unless they are with a parent, guardian or responsible adult.  The event organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries obtained by any participant, whether child or adult due to the negligence of not being monitored closely.  If your child has any allergies or medical issues, please bring it to the attention of the festival staff.

\\CLASS TICKETS

Class tickets can be purchased online through PayPal or in person.  All participants are required to present a class ticket for each class along with showing the color specific wristband for that day.  No refunds will be available for lost or stolen tickets.  Please ensure that your class tickets are secured at all times.

\\ON SITE TICKETS

Tickets will be available for purchase at the festival for classes as well as festival events.  All visitors, guests and participants must purchase and/or present a ticket for entry into each class or event along with a color specific wristband and must be presented upon request by festival staff.

\\WRISTBANDS

Wristbands will be distributed to all paying participants and must be worn for each color specific event.  Wristbands must be shown upon request to any event staff.  The sharing or reuse of wristbands are strictly prohibited.  Lost wristbands  will be replaced at the price of the cost of the event.

\\ENTRY & SECURITY

Mammee Bay Estates is a gated and secured facility.  All guests entering the compound of Mammee Bay Estates are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times.  Anyone found to be disturbing the peace, safety or security of our guests, participants or surrounding neighbors will be asked to leave the facility with assistance from Security without recourse for a refund. 

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Alcoholic beverages will be allowed on the premises, but we ask that participants control their drinking habits and refrain from becoming intoxicated or exhibiting intoxicated like behavior.  Anyone found to disobey these rules may be asked to leave the premises until a sobriety state is exhibited.

 

\\WEATHER

The weather is very tropical, since it is Winter, the temperatures are in the 70's and up.  The beach is nearby and in walking distance.  The water is slightly cold during that time of year, but still enjoyable.

Illegal drugs, Weapons and Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Anyone found to disobey these prohibitions will be asked to leave the premises without any recourse of a refund.
